Yoga and Trekking in Nepal (20 Days)

The Yoga and Trekking program combines two of Nepal?s most distinct traditions. Introducing yoga, meditation, painting, singing and dancing courses in to trekking experience allows for a richer appreciation of the physical and mental landscape as the body. The combination of these elements creates a more fulfilling physical exercise while strengthening and opening the mind for greater relaxation and awareness? all within the beautiful natural environment provided by the Himalayas. The program is open for all experience levels and ages and is a unique opportunity for those interested in the strengthening of both the body and mind.

The benefit of having Yoga Sadhana (spiritual practice) on trek is that it supports and encourages the deep transformation processes that occur as a result of being extremely challenged on trek.
